I like the taste of green tea and enjoy the positive aspects of it. (reduce cancer, heart disease, therapeutic benefits, etc., relaxant from l-theanine)


What are some good teas you enjoy, i've only tried one brand.

Lipton, and most unsweetened teas are good.

Basically Lipton or some form of 'sun tea' are the best usually. I can drink sweetened tea if it has a good flavor, but would usually prefer standard tea.

I drink green tea as well. It's good stuff.

I also drink Earl Grey, but only because Capt. Picard drinks it too.

I've never liked tea. I don't care if I am from the South or not. Sweet tea is just not my thing. The only kind of tea I can tolerate is Lipton's Brisk. That's not too bad.

Green Tea with Honey is beautiful, drink around 4 cups of this a day.
Peppermint Tea is solid.
Spearmint Tea is solid.
Probably one of the most tantalizing teas is Jasmine with Honey, especially when you are elevated from the Green Leaf.
Also, Oolong Tea can't be denied, talk about healing properties.

Tazo, Stash, Lipton(best green in my opinion) and Celestial are all decent brand names. peace

Rarely...and i mean rarely do I ever touch hot tea but I'm ALWAYS drinking iced tea. Green tea rocks--specifically, Turkey Hill brand.

I buy this stuff from Fresh Fields. It's called Guayaki Yerba Mate. Get the mint mate, very good stuff. I drink it every morning at work. Except today I cheated and had a cafe mocha from Starbucks
