who here brings home 1500-2000 dollars a week

I used to before the dotcom implosion.

curious as to why you are asking...I do, but I work two jobs to do it. I am an investment analyst, and a personal trainer.

I actually had to divide my yearly income by 52 to even know how much I pull in per WEEK. Who the hell gets paid every week? Crack dealers? Ho's?

everyone on EF makes $100k a year minimum.

1500/week takehome = 78000 year takehome pay. Roughly 115k a year gross income.
2000/week takehome = 104000 year takehome pay. Roughly 150k year gross income.

I didn't mean I brought home $1500-2000/week. That was my gross. The net was $4400 or something.

So you pay 50%+ of incomes taxes ? Damn, you live in the US right ?

Just to clarify Gross is the number before taxes etc. Net is the final number. I know what you meant though.

I made $30+g this January then gave it back and another 15k in Feb. trading stocks. So I gotta figure my numbers at the end of the year, Not week to week. lol

No, I was putting $600/month into a 401K, then health plan costs came out.

:FRlol:

COnsidering that only about 6% of the population earns $100K per year, I am amazed to consisetntly find them all on EF.

Equally surprising is the number of people who work two jobs for a few extra dollars. Why? Weird stuff.

Are you looking for career or investment advice?

do you know if that 6% figure includes benefits? i know some people who make 75k a year but also pull down 30k or so in benefits.

Just salary. You don't "pull down" benefits. I give them to you...if you work for me that is....

but they are not part of a comppakcage - employees are not taxed on them.

All 6% post here man.
You didn't know that??

Well, you have more strippers than I do.

Salary's low though. :)

I had the displeasure of living with a stripper. Then I lived with 2 of them, in Atlanta. I have never seen such wretched people in my entire life...and I have lived in the South 5 years years now in total.

The real winners among them had kids and then went back to work as strippers. I would never spend a second with these people.

It was the last few months in the Army. I lived on post, which sucks for officers.

A friend of mine bought a house and lived with a guy nade Bill and a girl named Crazy Liz. Liz was the stripper. when she wasn't high (rare) she was OK.

Then the guy that owned the house had some discipline problems and he had to move on post. Crazy Liz had a friend of hers move in.

I did this for a few months and the moved in with another "normal" Army guy....

I think - though can never prove that I saw Crazy Liz on some Internet porn - this girl had the same trashy blond look and gapped teeth - I will never know for sure.

Pre-tax, I pull down 2115.50.

But then Uncle Sam comes in to keep a brutha down. Then Mr. FICA comes in to kick a brutha while he's down.....

if you don't want your tax money paying for my college and the medical bills my fat ass will accumulate then you shouldn't live in america.

at least you get to keep your deductions.........

taxes are like having a partner for everything you do.

Disgusting.

My target audience for work is Americans, otherwise I'd move to Peru.
