Who here barbell rows less than me?

Ok I use an overhand grip and pull at about a 45 degree angle. Here were my working sets this morning(did bodyweight pullups first -- got 84,300 on my first set and took me 6 hours to complete. second set not so much, but still hit 5 digits. shut up):

125x12, 135x10, 145x8, 155x7, 115x10(really slow plus I made these crazy faces that indicated a level of intensity which most humans are incapable of reaching)

I might be mistaken, but I could've sworn the bar was bending on that set I did with 155. Both of my spotters claimed they didn't see it, but whatever. The shit bent.

During that last set where I was repping out with 115, after about rep #6 I had reached a point of sheer force so great that gravity actually threw in the towel and was like, "Ok fuck it you win, big bad ssme." Rep #7 caused a brief riff in the space/time continuum and for about 5 seconds everyone else in the gym turned into newborn babies. By rep #10, an enormous black hole formed over near the squat rack and all the equipment in the gym was sucked into it and later spit back out as one giant melted and smoking iron blob in the parking lot. I left after that.

Who wants some.

I do em every other week. Which is still infinite more times than decem does them.

after bb rows it was close grip lat pull downs, hammer strength low rows, then that fru fru exercise on the cable machine you do with a straight bar where you hold the bar straight out in front of you and then bring the bar down to your crotch while keeping your arms straight and squeezing the shit out of the lats.
 
The last time i did 155, was two years ago, and i gave myself a hernia right in the middle of doing it too........... Felt it pop, right in the middle of a set..

Needless to say they are no longer a part of my routine
 
Ahhh yes, I remember back in the day when I wieghed 135 and was just starting out at the gym I too used to row 135 lbs for 20-30 reps. That was my warmup set. Now that I am a massive 165 lbs. I have actually given up rows and resorted to lifting geo metros. But keep up your hard work and make sure your protein intake is high combined with plenty of A-Bombs and D-Bombs. You will turn from a larva to a butterfly in no time at all.

Before every back workout I load up Ronnie Coleman's "Unbelievable" on my media player and watch him bang out rows with 495. I envision myself rowing 495 and discussing the lightness of the weight, baby. However when I go to the gym I never quite make it up 495 for reps. I'll usually load up the bar with 495, then fast forward immediately to what would be the end of the set where I wipe non-existent sweat from my forehead and say, "That wazth hevve!!"
My t-bar rowing is even more embarrassing.

i don't do them as much as i should bro. i'll start soon tho. gotta get a broader back.

You've also been through more cycles than Lance Armstrong. I don't know how proud I'd be if I did as much gear as you do/did and banged out 225 for 10.
