Who has used HMB?

I was wondering who has used HMB and what your experiences were? I am thinking about adding this to my future plans since I have been reading a lot about it. I was just looking for real life feedback from my EF bros!

I have. I alternate between HMB and HCG. Seems to be working out nicely, though I can't say there's a huge difference in the end result, but I'm on HRT so it's hard to say.

i have used it on and off , would love to tell you how it blew me up - but i aint gonna lie - i didnt notice any benefit , if ou are thinking about using it in between cycles for its anti catabolic propertys then i suppose it wont hurt but it wont be as anticatabolic as 20mcg of clent
