Has anyone else tried this? Vadafit is a web site www.vidafit.com, that allows you to create your own formulations from Vitamins, minerals, supplements and herbs. I used to work with a guy who started this company and have tried the product a couple of times.
I like the idea of getting everything you need in one product rather then taking a bunch of stuff separatly. Also the stuff didn't taste like shit. My only grip is that a formulation that has everthing I like runs about $90! But, if I bought it separate, would cost me a lot more.
My only concerens:
When you mix all these ingredients and supplements together, who do you ensure everything gets mixed correctly?
How do you know your getting what you paid for?
Is it ok to power down all you supplements in one sitting?
Any thoughts?
