Who has done Sust 250 @ 250 per week?

I took 250mg/sus every 5 days and gained 20lbs and kept 15 of it for my first cycle. WhenI look back on it, i realize that my diet could have been better and I could have gained more.
 
what do you guys think its the best ingredient that help alot in Sus is it the Prop?
 
well i seen some pst after 2 weeks of sus they gain 20-25lbs on benching so i assume is the prop i plan using 250mg of prop a week along with winny real soon
 
that was my first cycle as well. i didn't know shit then. 250 wk for 8 weeks. was 180 when i started and 180 when i finished.BUT....my body composition totally changed.went from little gut to slammin six pack.little skinny arms dissapeared.ect. IMO i don't see a problem with 250 a week. you will definatley hear otherwise though.
 
One of my fav cycles is 250 to 500 mg of sust or omna stacked with 400 mg of primo a week. for 2 to 4 weeks and then off for two to four weeks, and start again.
 
i did that for my first inj cycle put on 25 lbs went from 205 to 230 im 6 foot then was 12%bf you can do real good on 250 every 5 days especally if your new to as
