If you are talking about 200mg/day of winny and 50mg/ox or even 100mg 100mg then you can get good results. But 99% of the time people who have posted this question, you check the other 2498 posts asking this already, are asking about 50mg 40mg.
I personally don't like to see anyone taking the time and all the effort that goes into hard diet and cardio while cutting and then not using test/eq or at least test to do it right. Test leaves you with more mass when your done cutting. To borrow Mr X's word it's crucial.
