I'm just asking. I had it last year and got it cut by a plastic surgon. It cost me $8000, but it was worth it. I tried just a general surgeon, but I was afraid he might not do it right, he was only $4000. I have insurance, but it does not cover cosmetic acts. Unless you basically have cancer in your nips, the fat stays unless you ante up.
