Who Has An 8 Pack?

That is strange

My five year old is just like me "thin" you can see every cut. People tell me he looks like bruce lee. He has an 7.5 pack. Putting on weight is a challenge for both of us. I could only get to 162 natrually. Been able to hold @ 172 after my last cut. I am on again and hope to get to 185 and lean out at 180. This is supposed to be my natrual max. I hope I can keep it there. I figure I pay $125 per pound plus food. LOL!

Lee Priest is a good example of this. he has a great 8pack.

I got one here. Genetically at least, through the mid-section I'm a lot like Priest. I have a clearly seperated and buldging two abs below my belly-button, along with the 6 above, I like the looks of it. Actually Priest "almost" has 10, he's super freaky.

I think it's mostly determined by genetics, abs differ on people. I've seen guys shredded that barely have 6, but at 8% I've got 8, oh well.
