thats right, they don't have full basements down there because of the water levels. Here everyone has them and they come in handy for gyms. I think mine is better than the Golds I go to...lol

Built it over about a 3 year period, a gym Golds took over went out of business and I inherited much of the 3/4 inch hard rubber flooring...perfect, however each 6'x4' mat weighed 100 lbs.
