who puts something on(we call it greasin up) before a workout?, to loosen and moisture your skin around the area you'll be working, to help prevent stretch marks. i started doing this last year after getting some good ones after a bi-tri workout...who else practices this? and if so, what do you use for this purpose?. i use skin lotion, sometimes baby oil to help the skin to stretch a little more.
