Who else put up their Xmas tree already?

I put mine up Sunday night. Had to fix a string of lights that wouldn't light, that always sucks. Anyone else an early tree person?
 
My kids and I put ours up last night.. I did the lights they did the bows.. ;)

Usually its the Friday after Thanksgiving(USA) but this year it was
the Saturday after.. Outside lights and all..

Yeah, I actually feel that way too being how this is my first Xmas in 7 years without my ex-wife, but I figured it's my house and I'll be damned if I'm not going to have a Xmas tree in my own house. I'll force Xmas cheer on myself one way or another!

Hell, I may even over decorate the house this year,simply because I can and no one can tell me not too. The Griswolds will have nothing on me when I'm done!

Well my typical rule is to break up with the girlfriend right after Thanksgiving (get food from her family first) then get another one after Valentines Day. That's Christmas and V-day you don't have to buy gifts for. And if possible, have a girlfriend with a birthday bewteen the two.

but this year I don't have a GF to break up with. Thus I'm bummed.

my lil gurl pressured me into getting one
but this year i got a charlie brown tree
its sweet
i'm taller than my tree!
 
my dad put christmas lights up outside already, but my family hasn't put up and decorated the tree yet...they're waiting for me to come home from school on saturday before doing it :)

We decided that we're not gonna waste the time. We don't have any kids and we're going to our family's house for Xmas so....

We have a ghetto fabulous tree here at work.. I think you need one just like it.. Its about 24" tall and its has these fiber optic thingys and it spins.. Like a Gawd damn Disco in here I tell ya! :lmao:
