i work for the government. when i first started there, i was hard working, aggressive and industrious.

it did me no good whatsoever.


i was passed over for promotion several times by those with less education, seniority and no work experience. they were "priority hiring candidates". they also kissed up to management and informed on their fellow employees.


i don't do anymore than i have to do now. the "pale male" disease has trapped me where i am. iam actually looking forward to early retirement or a RIF (layoff).

I too work for the gubment. Not doing a damn thing except follow up work on stuff that hasn't been completed yet. The only way to do that is to work with other employees that are not here today. So it's hanging out at Washington Post or Elite all day or sneaking over to Most Muscular and see if they have any new posts.

In our bldg. there are probably 2-300 people normally.
Today, there will probably be around 50-60 people even here.
I plan on catching up on a few things so I can enjoy a 4 day W/E

Hey Cap, as long as you have a fast connection go to Kazaa.com d/l the software and do a search for whatever movie you want, no need for a dvd player. BTW I found that xxx snoop dogg video and girls gone wild there, I'm sure you'll enjoy those.
