Who else here is really sensitive to cloudy weather?

I sure am. My mood used to go down the tubes almost without fail every time it would be cloudy for more than a couple days in a row. Now I mostly just feel a lot lower on energy and it's harder to drag my ass out of bed. I don't think I could ever live in Alaska-six months of darkness would drive me batty.

ala seasonal affective disorder? or just general its cold wet and rainy and i hate it

i do. its cold wet and rainy a lot where i live anyway

You're in England, right? I couldn't live there either. I don't have seasonal affective disorder more than a lot of other people I think. Extended periods of cloudy weather just suck ass. Real dark movies (Film noir, I suppose it's called) also don't appeal to me too much.

I am. for some reason I really cannot stand it when it is hot. But I do not really get depressed. But when it is cloudy and shitty outside I get really bummed out.

I wish is was 65-70 degrees and sunny all year round.

yeah the same as me really. i dont think SAD is really a condition anyway, everyone gets pissed of by shitty weather, just to different degree's

Yep. I'm hesitant to label everything as a "disorder".

I hear ya on that one, dballer

The fix Cas is to get a set of REALLY REALLY BRIGHT lights and stand in the light.
Seriously...

When it is cloudy for a long time, hang out in the bright light for 30 Min or more each morning.

I knew a friend that installed those Big Hair Salon round 150 Watt bulbs in a Strip on her Bathroom wall and turned them on and read a book for an hour each morning.
WORD !
