Who else hates working out??

this is the biggest break i've taken from lifting. been lifting for maybe 2 and 1/2 years only but still, big break. i went to cancun and start hanging out with some girl again. its all down hill from here. never gonna make the mr. o like this:(

I'm a bit burned out now mostly becasue I'm not as strong as I used to be. Once I get back up to where I was my motivation will increase.

There will always be some times when you can't be bothered or don't feel like it, but I try to just ignore them. This usually only happens every now and again when it puring with rain and I can't be bothered to get out of bed and always goes away when I get to the gym. :)

Unfortunately it rains a fair bit in the UK.

word....<sigh>

i actually like a bit of light rain...keeps things cool in temp.

but my gyms roof leaks

I'm feeling a bit down as well right now.
Lower back pain just went from annoying, to interfering.
I'm backing down on the Squats and lower back weights in hopes it is a cronic strain that will go sway.
3 months ago the Dr. said LS strain but didn't take X-rays.
If it doesn't heal, I'll demand them to be sure it's just a strain.

the routine of working out and its results, love it. If i dont work out or do some form of excercise, i feel like a slob. The actual act of working out. in most cases, i could do without it. Its work, therefore i don't enjoy it, because there is always something better i could be doing then hard work. But hey that is life and it doesn't phase me. Its worth it.
