If my legs are sore, I do not feel like going to the gym to do other body parts (IE chest etc)

Why do the legs take so much out of you if they are fatigued ?

I feel like crying they hurt so bad !!!

it's prolly cuz u stressed your nervous system, it can take a toll on you, but if you push yourself and get in the gym, it'll pass.

Can't say I have that problem, but then again, I have a rest day after leg day.

Generally moderate to high rep leg work is very fatiguing overall.

I also have a rest day after leg day so it doesn't effect me either.

It could be that because they are such large muscle groups your body needs more energy to repair and build them.

on my schedule i do legs friday, and dont lift again til monday. and they are usually still a little sore on monday. but after the 2 days off im fiendin for the iron like a crack head fiends for crack.

I've never worked my legs so hard that I'm not willing to go to the gym later in the week and work the rest of my body. But I have worked my legs so hard that, making my way up stairs is like a journey up Everast :mix: . Having said that, just suck it up man, dig down deep and find the willingness to get in there and kill that shit.

Because you have to use them to walk around, go up stairs and stuff...

Exactly. That is why people are afraid to push their limits on legs, as opposed to any other exercises because you utilize the legs the most out of all the muscle groups, and even if you are to bench, you still find yourself using your legs to help you up. Even if your doing dips, you still strain your legs to keep balance, the list goes on. You dont understand how many different uses your legs provide in every exercise until your in pain.
