Even if the girl was:

A - your girlfriend and she had sex consentually the law recognizes that you being over 18 and her being under 18 makes it statutory rape.

B - 16 that would still make it statutory rape.

If you are 30 now that would mean you were 20 at the time. IMO (and also in the eyes of the law) THAT IS REPREHENSIBLE not to mention illegal.

So where is *the lie*?
