i've been "on" for one year now. i'm 56 years old. i think that my doses are regarded as maintenance or hrt doses by most. anyway, people on the forum seem to giggle whenever i've mentioned the amounts i take. 200mg. of test cypionate and 200 mg. nandrolone weekly, supplemented with 250 mg. sustanon every three weeks. i'm tickled pink with the gains in strength i've made so far. i'm hungry for more though. i recently started humulin r 8 i.u., 4 weeks on and 4 weeks off. i'm going to post a question in a seperate thread which i hope some of you will answer. i have no sources for guidance except for this forum and what i read on the net, so i do hope i get some feedback.

needsize, thanks for your example.
What is you opinion on this: Do you think it is necessary to switch things up Test wise and go enanthate for 12 then to cyp for 12 or go for a mix like Sust for 12 or is sticking with the same test E the whole year equal the same difference?
Also, are your doses the same the whole year long, or is your first 12'er heavier than others etc.
Ok this is for anyone on HRT. Are you on HRT because of past AAS usage that led you to the HRT or is it a medical condition, I've always wondered this.
This is a pretty general statement, your stating that its not smart for anyone to stay on year round, I dont think its that easy X. Sure, for the basic kid in his 20s just running cycles to get bigger its easy to say that, but you I know you are not referring to someone in there 30s or 40s that have naturally low test levels or have decided to go the HRT route, therefore I dont think that you meant "anyone".
