If you're a sworn officer and act as a SWAT paramedic, then yes you will. Otherwise if you're just a non-LEO and are a paramedic, forget about it. The CFC doesnt issue open carry license to paramedics trust me.

Yes you can. Just can't use it on humans. And btw, we have CCW, just have to know how to get it(like being in NYC). But I must admit it was easier for me to get the Utah non-resident license...
