made t3 with ba there is white clumps of powder what is this

Sounds like it didn't all dissolve. Maybe with gentle heating it will dissolve and stay? If it still crashes you may need to add more water and increase the dose appropriately.

I googled 't3' solubility and seems its virtually insoluble in water.

I made another batch with 100 proof Smirnoff it came out fine?

So it sounds like it is more soluble in alcohol. I think I would prefer a solution in alcohol as aqueous solutions (in water) often have a limited shelf life
