So for all of the ones that you have listed as "no longer church affiliated" you have evidence of either a public refutation or have made a personal inquiry as to their present status?

Or are you just going by signatures?

Rasputin still in my sig... then again, I have sigs off, so I had to double check it was still there...
 
I took mine down cuz i was told to and then another member told me to put it back up and i didnt know how:( so i did

lol that was the great perk scandal when he kept pming everyone to take down the sigs after he passed oas and said the nkc was dead, then oas and perk got in a major flame war on the board

oas helped everyone in the church pick their name, but only he had the final say as to whether he accepted it or not. why would anyone want to have a title that someone else ultimately picked out for them? i guess i dont' understand. i'm not against organizations like this and i like 99% of everyone who was a member of the nkc, but it was oas's baby and it should die with him. why not make a new group and pick your own title for the group?

i guess it's all really lame to me after seeing what a complete tool oas really was

I agree, OAS was a total tool, but none of us saw that 'til the end. OAS might have started NKC, but it was never about him (no matter what he thought), it's always been about the people in it.

Besides, I picked my own name :)
 
I picked my own name (I paid in a couple of neurons for that)... never had a chance to see OAS in action (though I did some research)...

Then again, the name has no meaning, it's actions what matter.
 
Sorry that I haven't been able to respend Dev, i've been at work in another town, hell out of state, BUT, I want to know who erased my sig., if someone had a problem with it, talk to me, you don't have to go behind my back and erase the damn thing. Christ, what about it pissed whoever so badly!?! There is worse things in others signatures, especially what Klu doesn't like

I just don't know. Shure as hell isn't the same site I joined in '01. Better in some ways, worse in others. Yes we can now place bets with our karma, but simple threads that have NO hate in them at all are closed.
