While on TKD?

Should I follow 5-6 meals a day, and take 30-40 gs and 30-40 PW?
Also, should i follow the regular CKD meals till sunday then do a carb-up? or follow carb-up on sat and sunday?
I workout at night so i have about 1-2 before bed, is this hurting me because im getting less food after workout ?
Cardio in the morning on an Empty stomach then about 1 hour later eat?

I would follow 5-6 ckd meals, but one would include carbs before the workout. The diet does NOT change from the normal CKD, all you do is add carbs prior to the workout and account that into your daily cal intake.
