Should I follow 5-6 meals a day, and take 30-40 gs and 30-40 PW?
Also, should i follow the regular CKD meals till sunday then do a carb-up? or follow carb-up on sat and sunday?
I workout at night so i have about 1-2 before bed, is this hurting me because im getting less food after workout ?
Cardio in the morning on an Empty stomach then about 1 hour later eat?
