While on how many pounds a week?

How many pounds a week should I be gaining while in cruise portion of a cycle, after d-bol or any other "jumping devices" like in the 6th week of 500 mg test E, how many pounds should I be gaining a week should I definately gaining so I know if I need to change anything up like food intake/ workouts.
 
oh man.. that is a hard question.. bro..
there are to many factors and everyone is different...
some can take small amount and gain big.. and others take big amount and gain small.. there is no way to figure that one.. sorry bro

500 mg cyp, im about to hit cruising time is 2 pounds a week of Muscle good? or is that way under or way over?

1-5 safe?
 
any gain is good.. i dont know what cruising time is?
but i would gues a least 10-15 pound in 5 weeks.. but that is not very long..
takes a little bit for cyp to kick in... and it depends on if it is your 1st cycle..
 
The weight you gain would also depend on your weight when you started. Someone that weighs 250 lbs to start could average 3 lbs a week, while a lighter person that weighs only 180 lbs might only average 2 lbs. Someone should look at percent of bodyweight gained.

Factors depend upon ,age,metabolism,Diet, How advanced you are into training, and.........The type gear being used.

Dbol will put alot of weight pound for pound as alot os mostly water,same with andriol.
Anavar- weight will vary from 4- 12 lbs. Thru a cycle.

Those are just examples, a 5'4" person weighing 118lbs in their 20's will gain faster than a 6'5" 200lb person thesame age on the same amount of gear.

That question has too many factors to be answered correctly.

If you aren't gaining better than when you were before your cycle you probably need more food. When you're on you burn more calories all the time. You'll recover faster too. So, eat more and train harder before you suspect that 500mg of cyp a wk is not enough and holding you back.

I've heard that when you're off a pound a month is good progress and when you're on 1-2 a week is good. There's just so many variables though bro. The short answer is that if you train hard and eat big while on AS you should be getting huge. If it's not noticeable then look at everything including more juice (another one stacked like 200-300mg Deca or Equipoise EW).
 
it varies, test and dbol holds loooots of water. 4 me it makes my face look kind of round while on it. then again i varies on person to person! IMO
 
Don't get caught up in weight gain...Go by the mirror. If you are putting on more than 2-3 lbs{at the very most} a week then you are gaining to much water/fat.
