which vitamins, antioxidents are best, and WHY?

A cheap multi-vitamin from WalMart is fine. There is little reasoning to skimp on vitamins since they are so cheap to manufacture; the majority of the costs of the high priced vitamins are due to marketing costs.

A cheap multi-mineral, along with extra Calcium and Magnesium.

Green Tea extract, alpha-lipoic acid, and acetyl-carnitine are a great all around combo for anti-oxidants.

Yeah, I've been taking these for a year now. The first time I tried it, I took a pack about 30 min before my workout, and I had NOTICEABLE increases in strength and muscle endurance during my workout. This shit is great.

WallMart! The only difference between multi vitamins is cost. Go for a 300tab bottle, should cost you about 7bucks.
