I just take a multi, some coq10, RYR, celery seed extract, milk thistle (if your on an oral). It depends what your running.

Milk Thistle is a false sense of secruity when doing orals. It's better than nothing. But you should really try Tyler's liver detox.

What exactly does tyler's liver detox have that is so special because it doesn't list the ingredients. Everytime i go to a pharmacy and see shit labeled with "Liver Detox" propierity blends, the main ingredient IS milk thistle.
