Which Tablet to buy

Kindle fire HD
Samsung Galaxy 10.1
Samsung Galaxy tab 7
Sony Tablet S
Asus tf700 transformer
Asus tf300 transformer

Nexus 7 seems to be on top of my list.
But the ASUS Tf 700 models are no joke.

Inputs on people who actually have owned any of these =, I dont need specs... I want the actual performance and portability. and Issues ect.

After research i was down to nexus 7 and kindle fire hd. I read a few head to heads and nexus won in most categories so I bought it and got it today. No complaints so far. I have an old nook color that i rooted and had ics on but it was super slow and buggy. Nexus 7 is worlds better. Super fast and running jelly bean without bloat that all other manufacturers install. The display is on par with retina display but I like android better, i like 7 inch size and cant beat the price. Storage is a little small and not expandable though

Glad to hear the display is on par with retina.
I cant find any tablets with super amoled screens

What are your app requirements? That would define what tablet would be best. Skype, Netflix, games, book reader, email, internet, work connectivity, etc.

Asus T201 transformer is what I have. Multiple people have told me they prefer it over others except for the few die hard IPad people. My fiance keeps trying to use mine instead of her Samsung Galaxy. It also has a docking bay with extra batteries and storage.

Yep its the prime. It's straight. Fast and WiFi is great. Run multiple apps at once with no problem.

Just left the store. It had every one on the list.
Gonna sleep on it. I dont know if I want 7 inch or 10 inch screen.

But fuck that Transformer prime was nice.

You can't read PDF files on a tablet less than 10" well since they are formatted for a desktop computer which has a higher resolution otherwise you will have to scroll from side to side. This was my reason for not buying a smaller tablet since I have so many pdf's.
