Trying to decide between: Labrada Pro V60, Monster Milk, or Muscle Milk lite. Considering taste, ease of mixing, and bioavailability... which one?

Bro, supplements911 has a new protein for 17 bucks a tub. There isn't a better price around.
It mixes easy and tastes awesome. And, most important it's a high quality protein.
As always, I can hook up anybody with this stuff at discount if you PM me.
Placed an order yesterday & went with Monster Milk. I will, however, let you know next time. I am always a little leary of unknown brands as far as taste goes. Thanks for the info, definately try it next time. ps. Kewl avatar

What are you using this for?
PWO or meal replacement?

I'd steer well clear of the Muscle Milk.. sure it tastes great, but as Black Boxster said - it's loaded with sugar, fats, and carbs.
All Optimum Nutrition proteins are good and mixes very well.. worth the extra money..
Supplemental protein
This doesn't really help much.
If you want a post workout product look for something with whey/carbs and a lower fat content. The GI of the carb content will depend on what type of workout and the duration of the workout you're doing. For arguments sake, we'll say your weight training...so the carbs can be a lower GI, and don't have to be a high GI. Oats will work perfectly for this. A blend of slow and fast digesting protein is also optimal and better than just a fast digesting whey alone.
For meal replacement you want more fats than with a PWO. You also want a blend of fast and slow digesting proteins for an MRP (fiber would be a nice addition).
As for the fats in Muscle Milk, they're not "bad" fats, although too much fat can harm your body. Muscle Milk, used sparingly (as any MRP should be used) is perfectly fine and healthy.
Ok, I did my research on the 911 supplement and to be honest it is very appealing...does anyone know a distributor in the Chino Hills area?![]()
