Ive never done a cycle Im 25yrs old about 17% bodyfat been working out since i was 16. Diet is getting better.... (will be top notch by the time i do my cyle ) Lift heavy 4 days a week

Well, first thing.... alot of guys will probably tell you to get the bodyfat down a bit first.... but it sounds like you have that under control...

then go with #3: arimidex ED at 0.5mg should work... then 2 weeks after last test shot, start with HCG + Nolvadex:
PCT
Wks 1-3 1500 iu 3x's a week
Wks 1-6 20 mg Nolvadex ED
Wks 1-3 Arimidex 0.5mg ED

It seems quite expensive to run the adex through the whole cycle. what were you figuring on price to run the adex through whole cycle.?
