I cant decied which one to use, dermacrine or dermacrine sustain.....im not on cycle and just looking for a boost.....wheres needtogetaas?!!!

Use regular Dermacrine for 2-4 weeks..... then switch off to Sustain... Dermacrine can be slightly suppressive so the Sustain will take care of that... good to switch off between the two

yes it is good to switch off..4 weeks of dermacrin reg is not very suppressive though..its going past that that is.
