which mrp from protein factory?

They have a couple different varieties of premixed mrp's. Which is for what? I am trying to cut the last 15 lbs of fat for the next 12 wk cycle, while taking creatine/dextrose, and maybe flax.

I am going to have to do 3 mrp and 3 food days for a while :(
 
Milk protein isolate would be a good idea. It contains mostly casein and a little whey, which would give you an initial release of amino acids plus a slow release of amino acids. This slow release will aid in retention of lean mass better than any faster-digesting protein.

I suggest adding grinded oats to it yourself instead of any carb source from Protein Factory --- low GI is much better for cutting. Or just have a piece of whole wheat bread, which is almost as convenient. You may want to add some flax seed powder, which they can add to your protein powder at Protein Factory.
