Depends on your body type & metabolism. Some guys will forever be challanged by bulking, others can't take the fat off very easily. A high caloric diet takes discipline also, and like when cutting, the adherement to your plan will be reflected in the final results. I find cutting to be relatively simple with the assistance of Test/Fina/Winny/Anavar/T3/Clen, but I typically do not go above 12-15% in BF, and just look to get around 7-8% after cutting (guys that are competing and need to get sub 5%, may feel differently, however). Bulking is a hell of a lot more enjoyable IMO, though.
