which is for me?

Hi.
I have been building for 2 years now and have a pretty solid foundation. I am 153 pounds at 6 feet but I have next to no fat on my body. I can bench 200, squat 400, bicep curl 45 pounds, and do 300 on the pullover machine.

I was wondering wich steroid would be best for me. I know that they all have there own list of risks and there own list of benefits, but I was wondering if anyone was in my situation and what they used. I would also like to know if prednisone would be any good? Because I can get that legaly from my doctor because I have Crohns Disese.

"teenbodybuilder" ? how old are you? the best steroid for you right now given your weight and the fact that your still in your teens would be food..its legal you can buy it at any grocery store..just make sure you get lots of it protein, carbs fill yourself up..the best part is no needles..i dont mean to be a dick, you have some impressive lifts but i dont think you need to be doing any cycles right now, your natural test is flowing enjoy it train hard and eat you will grow!!!
 
Do some research. Start with Prednisone. The simple fact that Prednisone is a steroid does not mean that it is anabolic. Please do not take it believing that there will be any benefits to your muscle development, you will only hurt your liver and kidneys.
 
I am only 15, This is my first post. I dont have any other nicknames.

But I was talking to my doctor about the Prednisone, and he told me it has anabolic propertys.

I am eating lots and giving it my all (sometimes overtraining :worried: ) but I jsut want to be able to compete when I am older, and I want to pack on size.

I have like no muscle definition, but an impressive chest and my biceps have peaks like dante :supercool lol, but I just want to be bigger and I am getting tired of the one pound a month gains. I'm taking plenty time off and eating 6 meals a day ( half a can of tuna 3 times a day, and a galon of water.) I lift heavy and fast.

I was watching a guy at my local gym and he asked me what I was on and I just said "protein and creatine" he asked what I had gained and I told him 13 pounds from the creatine, he told me that if I used roids that I would get that pro. ripped look.

I know I am just a baby in the Bodybuilding world, But that sounds great coming from a guy who needs to add weight to the stack when he benchs.

So any suggestions?

the guy at your local gym sounds like an idiot. steroids won't give you any look without proper training and diet. i was in your same shoes bro, i started training when i was 14 and i thought eating tuna and drinking water was going to get me huge. You couldn't be more wrong though,(drinking water is key, don't get me wrong) at this point you need to go on the seefood diet, its easy, see food and eat it. Sure have some tuna but make two cans and throw it in a box of macaroni or something. Don't go on a diet man, trust me just eat. eat four square meals and take down 3 protein shake thorughout the day, works much better.
 
If you are only 15 years old I would definetly stay away from any steroids for about 7-8 years ... You are WAY to young to be messing with any steroids (I am probably too young too - 21years old)

Just keep eating ... at 15 years old you haven't even finished puberty (it takes many years to fully develop - you're muscles do not fully elongate until late 20's)... You need to read alot more and gather as much information as you can about what you are interested in doing in the FUTURE.

EAT ... EAT ... then eat some more... Don't overtrain ...

replace that 1/2 a can of tuna with 1 1/2 to 2 can's 3 times a day and put it on 4 pieces of whole wheat bread. Can't grow without food and with your natural hormones and light weight (I'm 150 at 5'6) you have alot of natural growth coming your way. ! pound a month just means you arent eating nearly enough and your training may be off, but diet is 60-75% of the picture.
