Well, see, i believe a little differently. I think that with proper diet, you could add say, 5 pounds of solid muscle to your frame with no added body fat. That is obviously gonne make your bodyfat % go down and you will look leaner even though you've lost no body fat. I may get flamed for this, but i think winny only cycles are fine for cutting, because they will at the very least, keep you from shedding muscle, and at the best, add a few lean pounds to your frame. Either way you look leaner. Get it?
