if you are in a bulking process and want to minimize fat gain which of these is better.

for the sake of simplicity im going to use very round numbers, not neccisarily ones i would use when carrying this out

is better to :

1- you are going to bulk and decide to take in 5000cals daily

2- you are going to bulk and are going to do low intensity cardio first thing in the AM on empty stomach to burn fat, but take in higher cals to compansate for the cal burning in the AM, so you take in 5500cals daily

would choice two result in the same amount muscle gain with less fat gain? b/c i hear of alot of ppl who still keep up with cardio while bulking

how bout you guys, what have yall done as far as this
