Which is better Sestinine or test. and which one has less side effects

I'm not sure what sestinine is. If you mean sustenon it is a blend of diffrent testosterones with diffrent half-lives. IMO a single ester test such as prop, suspension, enethate, or cypionate is better because it is easier to keep a steady blood concentration. Although, not all will agree with that.

Sustenon, not sestinine, is test so if you're susceptible to sides from test both will be the same.....which is better? they're both test so it's sort of a tough question.....everybody is going to have an opinion on what they like more, sus vs cyp vs prop etc and no one is necessarily wrong.....
