Which grip do you prefer on bent over rows??

I used to do them palms facing down when going heavy, but lately I've dropped the weight and really tried to squeeze uysinf palms up.
 
Palms down... you can get the same squeezing motion... focus on bringing your elbows back as high as you can get a GREAT burn and ROM out of the exercise...

I do both. I think that palms down is better form(like C said), but I use Yates' most of the time because I can move more weight.

I'd love to use that grip... but my wrists aren't 100% and they are SLOWLY healing because I'm constantly using them LOL -- the yates grip really puts alot of strain on the lateral ligaments on my wrist. :(

yeah, but, be careful...Yates ripped his bicep doing 'em palms up. I do'em palms down, takes a little stress off my bi's
 
i thought yates tore his bicep by taking more steroids known to man????? ah well whats the difference lol
