Which creatine to get?

I am deciding between these three.

1.Optium nutrition

2.Prolab

3.AST

Which of these is decently effective, and at the same time easy on the stomach? Or are they all just the same stuff in different packages? Or if there is something better for the same price, let me know.

If you had to choose between only these three what would you get? I am only interested in monohydrate, no mix.

I only buy straight monohydrate... I get a deal here from a local shop on EAS simply creatine...

I use EAS cause when I was in grad school a buddy of mine tested a bunch of different brands and theirs was the only one that was high purity....

FYI- I don't like EAS, I think they are overpriced and most of the stuff they sell is crap, but I continue to use the creatine for the reason I related above.

prolab creatine among other brands is creapure.

It's good and cheap.

But really as long as you get a pure product it doesn't matter what brand you get. No brand is 170 times better than another, no matter what marketers may tell you.

get optimum. I spend $28 on 1200g, which is 300 servings. Blends really easy, zero graniness.

I'd probably go with the EAS
