I use prolab myself. Cheap monohydrate goodness. Can't go wrong with that.

I hate to say this, but Cell-Tech seemed to work better.

Any one that is micronized. Dont buy the pre-mixed stuff ... buy your own dextrose and ALA and micrinized creatine and haave your own delivery system for 1/4th the price of the pre-made delivery system stuff.

Prolab and Met-Rx micronized creatine. There are some acijube gel creatine that are awseome tasting but the verdict isn't out on if the crreatine is stable or not. It's like a gummy bear.

Very interesting... I never had thought of it. Thank you, I'm going to give it a try! :) I make my own gear, why I never thought of making my own Creatine pre-mix is beyond me?

Edit because I forgot to cast my vote: Cell-Tech. Untill Mavy's post.

Muscle Tech (Cell Tech) is the absolute worst. You pay so much just for the name. Bang for buck, it is the last one you want to try. I ususally use Ultimate Nutrition.

Well, I will have to confess that on occasion I go for the Cell Tech Creatine. You can usually find it on sale somewhere anyways. It tastes pretty good which counts for something. Granted you are probably paying for the name, but if the few $ doesnt really matter then who cares. I have had as good results with this as with any creatine.

The other creatine I use is just plain GNC mono powder, mix it in to the post workout shake.

I actually cycle creatine on and off about every other month though and find this works better for me than just taking it constantly.
