Which Anti-E to use?

Okay I used the search engine this time......but I got mixed results. I want to use Test Enathate at 500mg a week for 10 weeks. I want to use an Anti-Estrogen during the cycle but I don't know what. I heard the best was Liquidex....then Femara. I also heard that you need to use HCG in the middle of the cycle and then at the end. Now Im reading that you need Proviron. And of course always use clomid at the end. I don't know. I so confused. Help a newbie out.

You know this would be a great post for the Newbie Board! LOL

liquidex by itself would be more than sufficient.

And clomid is a must.

Femara is better than liquidex, but I would use liquidex at 1mgED since its only 500mg.

How about a little more info? I'm assuming this is your first cycle. Do you have any idea how susceptible you are to estrogenic sides, i.e. any preexisiting gyno, puffy face, etc? If you are using a strong aromatase inhibitor like arimidex or letrozole, you certainly won't need proviron. HCG is used in mid-cycle to help prevent testicular atrophy, also use it the two weeks following last injection while their is still some exogenous test in your system. keep the dosage low, around 500iu/day, so your nuts will not grow insensitive to it. After these two weeks, you can begin clomid therapy. Proviron can help for lack of sex drive post-cycle, but I'd say avoid it altogether, esp post-cycle becuase it certainly won't help you hpta recover.

Okay let me see if Im getting this right. I need Liquidex 1mg ed through out cycle. Then HCG in the middle of the cycle 500ius ed for two weeks. And then 500ius at the end for two weeks ed ...this begins one week after my last shot of test. Then clomid after the HCG.....how much and how long? I know usually about three weeks right?

This is my first cycle and I don't know if Im prone to gyno, bloating, etc. Just trying to be careful.

Well rollon it's going to be difficult to get everyone to agree to one thing as none of us know how you will react. guards advice will cover 90%+ of first cycle users. However there is that small percentage that are more senstive to estrogenic sides and get gyno. In that case Aromasin or Femara may have helped. In regards to HCG you only need that if you have a hard time recovering from your cycle. It's especially beneficial in longer cycles containing Tren or Decca.

Because you aren't using either I would recommend following guards advice and having some Nolvadex on hand in case gyno occurs. Best of luck, keep us updated on your cycle.

If you decide to run hcg, only run it for 5-7 days mid cycle, not two weeks, the two weeks is after your last injection. Also 1mg ED might be a bit too much depending on how susceptible you are to estrogenic sides. If you start feeling joint pains, cut the dosage to 1mg EOD.

You wont need that much arimidex for only 500mg of Test.
I say do 1mg EOD and start clomid 2 weeks after last injection.
That should be plenty, no need for proviron or HCG.
Save them for the heavy cycles.
