As far as I know, it's EQ, Anadrol and I think var. Are there any others?
Does anyone know which is most effective for this purpose?

http://www.anadrol.com/

specifically marketed toward anemia of this nature - they have some interesting info. I'd assume it is by far and away the most effective drug overall for this purpose although the dosages necessary may be high.

The thing is I'm interested in increasing my RBC during the competitive season, but since I'm in a weight class, I can't be too big. Anadrol's out of the question. Does anyone know how much EQ it would take to get the effect of an RBC increase?

I think all juice does however I've been taking a liquid iron supplement lately with my cycle and my stamina is OOOOUTTTA here. I could run 2 miles at a fast pace and I hardly run. That should increase oxygen and RBC.

Word. I take iron too. After a week of taking it I noticed a difference. Is the liquid supposed to be more absorbable? What's your dose? What's the brand name? Is it just elemental iron or is it an amino acid chelate or what?

Actually liquid is probably the only way to go because most irons don't digest easily and irritate your intestines causing constipation. This iron supplement is called Floridix. I take it every other day because high iron is not healthy for males. I take about 15mg a day when I do take it. I'm pretty sure it's elemental iron. Makes me hungry as hell too.
