No experience, but what I quickly read they were not quite straight about splenda, something its not one for one substitution but one for two.
From my understanding is that splenda is just the mirror image of the sugar molecule, thats just not one that can be used by the body. In organic chemistry there are right and left handed molecules of the same shape. Splenda is just the other hand of sugar and its sweet with no calories. Im no expert on splenda but any website that starts out being misleading makes me doubt all of their claims.

Splenda is being sued by the sugar industry and a few others for their marketing tactics.
