Is it? I know it's possible to slow absorbtion, but I need to know how much it would slow it down. I know Whey protein is very good, but adding some whey to meals without that much fibers might be a waste of proteinpowders, or am I looking at the hole thing the wrong way? Post workout = Fast protein, Same with first meal(some whey protein) but besides from that, would Whey be too fast to add with foods low in fibers/fat..?

it might be a better idea to just buy Casein protein and or egg protein... I have been taking casein during the day and whey post workout... The casein reallly clumps though.. You have to mix it than slam it home!!!!

I would have to conduct extensive scientific research on your individual meals to know that

Not really, all depends on the meal

or am I looking at the hole thing the wrong way?

Post workout = Fast protein,
YES, YOU GOT IT

I would actually use casein w/ my first meal, or just some egg protein, if you use whey make sure to add some fiber or fats

Whey be too fast to add with foods low in fibers/fat..?
Again, all depens on the situation, usually it might be; but if you ate a whole bunch of chicken w/ whey that might not be the case
