If youre on a mass cycle does it really make a difference if your shakes consist of only whey or if theyre a blend? I know that whey is typically used just post workout but if youre on a cycle, will the fast absorption of whey benefit you if you take the shakes between solid meals? Or should I just shell out some more cash and get me a shake that consists of a protein blend for my liquid meals?
