Hey baby :) lets see, started off at 150 now at 133, I think I am looking great, have to get down to around 120 I think, dunno for sure, still have until May :) This is so much fun, a total blast, I love it, I love eating this way, it's perfect :) Havn't cheated on my diet once, and I don't plan on cheating at all, I couldn't imagine doing it. Merry Christmas :)

Well, lets see, this is my current diet and yes KB, that is the only thing that has changed, plus me taking out all cardio, only cardio right now is sex. This is what I am eating every single day, no cheat days. :) :)


7:00am 1/2 cup Dry Oatmeal 65cal,2.5p,11.5car,1f
1 protein shake 90cal,18.5p,2car,0f

10:00am 1 chicken breast 310cal,54p,0car,10f
1/2 potato 72cal,2p,17car,0f

1:00pm 1 chicken breast 310cal,54p,0car,10f
1/2 cup plain rice 125cal,3p,20car,0f

4:00pm 4oz Sirloin 230cal,36p,0car,8f
1/2 potato 72cal,2p,17car,0f

7:00pm 1/2 cup rice 125cal,3p,20car,0f
1 Protein Shake 90cal,18.5p,2car,0f

lets see, that looks like 193.5grams protein, 89.5grams carbs, and 29grams of fat.

BG - you're able to lose fat by cutting your cardio and carbs at night, although it is just a few carbs.
 
Was that a question or a statement? :) but yes, that is true, cutting the cardio out helped a whole lot, will start cardio back in about 3-4 weeks, taking 8 weeks off from it. :)
 
BG - oops, that was a question! Now I am REALLY confused that you were able to lean out by cutting out the cardio but now you are going to add it back in to lean out more? :confused:
 
Yes :) My cardio base line had gotten real high, my body was use to 50 minutes of intense spinning classes 5 days a week, so once I changed it up and completly took it out, my body was still looking for all those carbs to burn each day, so I took those out also, it had no choice but to lean down :) Now that I am getting my baseline back to zero, once I add in the cardio, and get into the fat burning range, it will start burning fat again, where as before, my body was used to it and expected it, it won't expect it in 3-4 weeks :)

Please forgive my ignorance, I'm a guy cut me some slack. I hear about it all the time....but what the hell is "spinning"??

Yes I know...everyone laugh and point at me because I don't know....but the only way to find out is to ask. I mean if it will add 50lbs on my total....I will try it :)
 
Spinning class is where a group of people in a room get on stationary bicycles and ride to music, very rapidly :) I teach different kinds of classes, recovery, race, interval, etc.. Cardio doesnt get much better than that :) But it's all personal preferance :)

Ok I've seen those before....a couple of years ago when I was still at a commercial gym they had them all the time. Doesn't sound like it would add anything to my total...so nevermind ;)

Spinning is great cardio, if cardio is your gig. If you're a serious lifter, then spinning will waste away leg mass and burn a shit load of muscle glycogen. Couple that with a low carb diet and you have shit squared from a leg workout perspective. I've seen much better results changing body composition with lower intensity cardio and diet.

Spinning and bodybuilding are incompatible. The diet of bodybuilders will not match the needs of spinning. One must eat carbs constantly to spin, that's just not consistent with fat burning per se. In guys it works but limits leg mass. In women, they always seem to have soft looking legs.
