Where to start?

I'm a new member and looking to reshape myself. I'm 33, 5'10" and 230 with a a small amount of fat. I'd like to size up now (winter) and cut up in the spring, but not too aggressively. I'd like to start with something that will allow me to keep a good amount of the results. Where do I begin? Any help appreciated.
 
What is your precise goal? When you say reshape.....Do you want to be leaner or bulkier? More specifics, please?
 
Oh sorry, looking to bulk up now, but without too much water retention if possible. I'm trying to figure out a way to add more lean muscle than anything. Slow gains would be OK if they are cleaner.
 
Also I'm Curious,what is your Training history, like how many days do you go to the gym, do you use free weights? How long have you been training?

First, thank you to eddymerckx for the gift. Second, I train free weights only in splits (back/bi, chest/tri, etc.) 4 days per week with 40 min. cardio sessions twice a week thrown in. For the past month I've been using the 5x5 method and gaining some good strength. My diet is good with plenty of protein, (fairly) low fat, average carbs and I'm currently using Gaspari Nutrition products such as Size-On and SuperPump with the usual whey protein thrown in.
(edit) What are the main advantages to Platinum? PM's are ok thank you.

Buddy get some SuS do 250 mg a week for 10 weeks...First time exellent results me personaly which alot of members will disagree with but I just dont care i'd go 500mg a week and go nuts!
 
My actuall first cycle was Winstrol 50 mg ED and I had incredable results I ran it with Clen and t-3 and alot of ala with every meal I was shreded dude the amount of ass I got that summer was insane

you can use the search feature to find gobs of info and personal experiences on many different things. and look and all the pics and get access to more forums basically. also way more pm room. plus a lot of little extras.

Do you know what the sides are and what PCT is?

You need to know all this before you venture into the dark side.

I recommend you read up and do some research bro on the website, do advanced search and understand how aas works, all the risks involved and how to properly do a post-cycle therapy.

I've been training on and off for ten years (I'm 33 now). I've been back at the gym hardcore for the last year. I have used Deca for a short while a few years ago but I didn't have any good advice on amount and time frame so it didn't do me much good. PCT = post cycle therapy?
