Where to start ??

Alright im a new member so thought i would post all my questions in one place

I have been workin out for about 2 years consitantly and have been taking different brands and combos of creatine and protein and of course the multis

im looking to get into a little gear, a buddy of mine used dbol alone for 8 weeks and had some good gains but seams to have lost them, im scared that id be speding all that time adn money on gear and having no long term affect, i have a source for whatever i need and is a very respectable source so thats no problem. So where would you start??? looking for mainly size but i do race motocross so i will still need to keep bf% down any suggestions or questions welcome. Thanks in advance
 
500mg/wk of test + AIFM for estrogen related sides.

Diet is the key to how much fat gain you will gain or lose.

only thing with that is the needle usage makes it seam so much worse to me for some reason, been taking tons of tabs for sups but i dont know the needle seams liek its getting serious which is somethin i will get over, what are the sides of 500mg of test e/week and is the AIFM for gyno(sp?) im somewhat of a noob but ive been doign a lot of reading on here
 
Yes, AIFM is for gyno, and it will also keep water retention down exacerbated by elevated estrogen levels cause from using test.

An oral only cycle is a waste in my opinion. The only oral I would take on its own would probably be Anavar, which usually costs an arm and a leg.

I'd get over your fear of injections or just wait until you can accomplish this until you start a cycle and the AAS game.

Sides such as acne and hair loss are correlated with your susceptibility to these sides to begin with. AAS will only exacerbate them and cause them to get worse. If you have no problems with either, then you probably will not have any at all. Both of these sides can also be controlled to an extent.

You will be fine with 500mg of test.

would you suggest take some whey or other protein and keep a high protein diet to go with this or just keep my normal diet clean

also any pct required for just test??
 
I'm not gonna get into diet specifics, but i'd keep your protein high with every meal and keep things "clean" on top of this. Try to stick to solid protein sources, but whey is a great addition to help keep protein up or if you need something fast and easy. It's great post-workout.

PCT: Lets say you run it 12 wks....

Hcg for weeks 13-14 @ 1000iu/d (or last 10 days of weeks 13/14 @ 1000iu/d.) + AIFM

Clomid + AIFM for weeks 15-17

weeks 18+, AIFM as needed...adjust accordingly.
 
try test or tren enanthate. My brother races motocross in district 3 (upstate ny) and he was relly considering doing the tren e after he saw what it did for me in only 8 weeks my brother is 5'9" 161# and about 8%bf
