Where to find cheap flax seed and fish oil???

I currently buy caps from gnc.

flax - 300caps - $22.99: with gold card = $18.39
fish - 360caps - $23.99: with gold card = $19.19

Each capsule contains 10g of fat.

I am only looking for caps not liquids. anyone know of anywhere cheaper?

Supposedly taking raw, unprocessed, whole flax seed is the way to go as opposed to flax oil due to the fact that the oil is not as stable. Flax oil is time and temperature sensitve and can lose its nutritional properties and / go rancid without you really knowing it. But if you are going to use the oil, Barleans is of the highest quality.
The seeds retain all their nutritional value and are not time or temperature sensitive. You can sprinkle the raw seeds on cereal or whatever or grind the seeds up in a coffee bean grinder and then mix with a beverage and gulp it down.

GNC is selling $11.99 16oz bottles, that's liquid. If you have the GNC card it'll be way cheaper. 20-30% off depending if there is another health store in the same location as GNC. Got 2 bottles for around 18 bucks. That's about 2 months worth, good deal.

or you could get the same savings and not have to get that stupid card if you go to the vitamin shoppe. Way bigger selection overall as well

10 g ???
sounds a lot for a cap

Are you sure it is not 1000 mg (= 1 g not 10) ?
