Wondering where people but their vitamins. I currently buy mine from Wal-Mart (because their cheap) but don't know if I trust the quality. Any links to affordable good quality vitamins would be appreciated.

bumb on this one...i am with you...i usually buy the cheap shit...i even go the costco route bro..expecially for glucosamine...that shit is expensive

I apparently waste my money buying GNC's "Mega-Men" multi-vitamin, and now I'm told they are bunk from my trainer.

Can anyone suggest a good multi-vitamin??

Ooops..and to answer your question....

"Natures-Bounty" supposedly has a really good line of products.
Green Tea, Milk Thistle, etc, etc, etc...

Walgreens carries it, and all their stuff is buy 1 bottle get 1 free.
(Just bought something there today)

They are not bunk, maybe expensive but not bunk.
Why would he say they are?

Don't buy cheap vitamins, they are practically a waste of money (although I'd say better than nothing). Go with Apex, or find a good brand at the vitamin shop or some supplement store like bodybuilding.com.

Supposedly you only absorb 10% of the Mega-Men vitamin because it is a compressed tablet. So if that is true they are bunk and expensive
