Where to buy FLAX OIL?

i dont know if GNC has it, but I get it at Whole Foods Market (i think thats what its called ??). It's not a grocery store, it's like a health craze place (everything is organic, and they have aisles and aisles of vitamins). It should be in a refrigerated section. Or just get it online.

a lot of fellaz are using store bought Virgin Olive Oil, saying it does the same as the Flax oil.

Holla back and let me know what you think. It's much cheaper !

Not true. Flax/Fish oil are beneficient in terms of providing Polyunsaturated fats (omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9 to an extent). Virgin Olive Oil is rich in Monounsaturated fats. A good diet would consist of both Mono- and Poly- fats. Extra Virgin Olive Oil you can buy in a grocery store as for Fish/Flax places like GNC, VitaWorld and VitaShoppe (basically Health and Nutrition Stores) carry them, plus numerous online stores:
