Where in Shoulder do you inject?

Where should I inject in my shoulder? Upper middle? Lower Middle? Middle Middle? Im guessing the Side Lateral Head right? .... its kinda hard to tell where to inject based off the spot injections site.... thx

Find the thickest part of your lateral delt. I tend to hit mid/upper.

I would also recommend using 1 inch needles, do not use 1.5 inch ones/

i use 5/8in for delt, but im lean there

2 -3 finger widths below the head of your humerous (the bone you feel if you poke your upper delt). Use a shorter needle of course...

USE 1 inch needles

i like 5/8, works just fine. also go with your rear delt. remember all aspirating is just flicking the needle, pulling it like alot of people think you need to do.
